ZANC AGM and Special General Body Meeting

Hello ZANC Community!

The ZANC Board cordially invites you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM), Lunch and a Special General Body Meeting to discuss the proposed changes to the ZANC Bylaws, on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 11 AM, at the Dar-e-Mehr.

Please note that while the entire ZANC community is invited for this event, only current ZANC members will be permitted to vote during both the meetings.

For those unable to join in person, we have arranged a Zoom option to ensure broader participation. However, please note that the internet connection at the Dar-e-Mehr is not the greatest and may impact video/sound quality. The Board will try our best to host the meeting on Zoom, but cannot guarantee this option.

  • Open Discussion (with Chair’s Permission).

Lunch (12:00 – 1:00 PM)

Special General Body Meeting (1:00 – 2:00 PM)

  • Discussion and Vote for 8 ZANC member proposals for updates to the current ZANC Bylaws.
  • Members are encouraged to review the change proposals by viewing the ZANC-Bylaws-Change-Proposals-2026.pdf file in the Bylaws-Proposals directory prior to the meeting so that you can familiarize yourselves on the topics, and cast a well-informed vote.
